How to get there
By bus: Get off at Usher Hall / Filmhouse stop (Stop XA) or Usher Hall stop (Stop XF), then walk to Filmhouse. Routes include 1, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 24, 34, 36, 47, 47B, X33, 101, 101A, 102, 124, N1, N11, N16 and N124.
Alternative bus stops: Use Lothian Road or The Exchange stops, then walk about 3 to 5 minutes to Filmhouse.
By tram: Use West End - Princes Street, then walk about 6 to 8 minutes to Filmhouse.

Filmhouse sits on Lothian Road, close to the Usher Hall and the West End. For LIMINAL, the venue is presented as a quiet route into Japanese and South Korean youth cinema, with screening spaces, foyer areas and visitor support gathered in one central location.
Visitor guidelines
No smoking, food or drink in screening and exhibition areas.
Please keep quiet, speak respectfully and set mobile phones to silent mode.
No shouting, chasing, roughhousing or disruptive behaviour.
To respect artistic labour and protect the exhibits, flash photography, tripods, telephoto lenses, selfie sticks and professional photography or filming equipment are not permitted.
Photography or video recording may be restricted for selected exhibits. All video works must not be photographed or recorded.
Do not touch exhibits, screens, equipment, fixtures or venue facilities.
Children aged 12 or under, or 1.2 metres tall or under, must be accompanied by a guardian.
If infants or young children feel unwell or cry, please rest outside the exhibition area to avoid disturbing other visitors.
Visitors who are improperly dressed or intoxicated may be refused entry.
Weapons, sharp objects, flammable or explosive materials, toxic goods, other dangerous items and pets are not permitted.
